The learning workshop organized in collaboration with South Pole and Earthworm provided the participants with the latest insights about climate finance for mitigation and adaptation within the cocoa supply chain. We were delighted to count on the presence of Roselyn Fosuah Adjei, Director Climate Change of the Forestry Commission of Ghana. Roselyn Adjei is currently actively engaged in the COP 26 negotiations and has been a long-standing key driver of the Ghana REDD+ process.
South Pole has prepared a technical paper on Climate & Natura Finance to help prepare the participants and provide additional context in advance of the event. This includes what forms finance are available and how best to implement projects on the ground, as well as recommendations on how to minimize common challenges, and guidance on how to build collective action.
